    Friend and accomplice of Demetrius McCoy
    Was videotaped assisting a two year old boy and five year old boy to smoke marijuana (February 2007)
    Was arrested and held on $150,000 bail for child injury after recording was viewed by authorities (March 2, 2007)

Why he might be annoying:

    He allegedly resided more at Demetrius McCoy's home than his own address.
    Despite claiming to care about the children, he involved them in a dangerous and criminal activity.
    He had a prior criminal history which had led to a burglary search warrant that recovered the marijuana abuse video.
    He may have been involved with the cocaine that was found in the children's systems along with marijuana.
    He grinned and used obscenities in the video footage and later during his arrest.

Why he might not be annoying:

    Several other people present in the room during the recording were not charged with an offense, including the camera operator.
    He claimed he was not in his right mind while involving the children in his behavior.
    He stated that he loved the children involved in the incident.
    He allegedly lived with a family so dysfunctional that authorities had difficulty finding a suitable relative to care for the children after the incident.
