Why he might be annoying:

He claimed to have dyslexia and ADHD.
At 13, he was busted for shoplifting.
When he won the lottery, he said he just wanted to buy a three-bedroom house near a lake where he could go fishing and would avoid lavish spending.
Over the years, he racked up 42 arrests for everything from driving without a license or plates to assault.
At one point, he was spending £2,000 a day on drugs, including crack, Ecstasy and LSD.
He held a bonfire party in which he destroyed £10,000 worth of cars (2003).
He was sentenced to 240 hours of community service for breaking 32 car and shop windows by catapulting steel balls from his van (2005).
He had Chinese characters, allegedly spelling ‘Evil,’ tattooed on his neck. (‘For all I know, it could mean beef chow mein.’)
He wound up broke, having spent his fortune on new homes, cars, jewelry, parties and drugs.
He applied for his old job as a garbageman (2010).

He was ten when his father died.
One of his stepfathers would beat him, then lock him in his room.
He won the Lottery the first time he played, which a local constable said ‘proved God has a sense of humor.’
He gave £1 million each to his mother, aunt and sister.
He paid £130,000 to blackmailers who threatened his family and killed five of his rottweilers.
