The Resume

    (February 4, 1970- )
    Born in Wilmington, Delaware
Birth name was Robert Hunter Biden
    Son of Joe Biden
    Brother of Beau Biden
Member of the Board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company, and BHR Partners
Partner at Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC
Counsel to Boies Schiller Flexner LLP

Why he might be annoying:

While attending a University of Pennsylvania football game with his father and brother, a group of spectators began heckling Joe over a recent plagiarism scandal. Hunter jumped up and began throwing punches until Joe and Beau pulled him back (1987).
He struggles with alcoholism and drug addiction, with multiple trips to rehab followed by relapses.
He joined the Navy reserve, but was discharged a month later after testing positive for cocaine (2013).
When he returned a Hertz rental car, it contained a crack pipe with cocaine residue; no charges were filed, because there were no fingerprints on the crack pipe, making it difficult to prove in court that he had been the one using it (2016).
When hackers broke into the database for Ashley Madison, an online dating service for married people seeking affairs (2015), they found an account for Robert Biden. (Hunter denied it was his account.)
He dated his late brother's widow while still married to his first wife.
When his estranged wife filed a court motion asking that his assets be frozen, alleging that he had been 'spending frivolously on his own interests (including drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs),' he was so upset that he went straight to a strip club (2017).
His dealings in Ukraine with Burisma and in China with BHR raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest, especially when his father was Vice President.

Why he might not be annoying:

He suffered a serious head injury in the car crash that killed his mother Neilia and sister Naomi (December 18, 1972).
After graduating college, he spent a year as a Jesuit volunteer at a church in Portland, Oregon.
He helped pay off his brother's college loans after Beau graduated law school.
He served a chair of the anti-hunger charity the World Food Program USA.
