    His surname is spelt Fried, but it's actually pronounced Freed.
    He missed the entire 2015 season due to injuries.
    He struggled to establish himself in the starting rotation in his first couple seasons with the Braves.
    He sports a hairstyle similar to that of Buzz McCallister from the first two 'Home Alone' movies.
    He admitted he didn't have a say in what number he was given by the Braves.
