Why he might be annoying:

He criticized George W. Bush’s handling of corporate responsibility despite many shady business activities on his end.
For example, he sold his Global Crossing stock a week before Global Crossing ‘tanked.’
He claimed George W. Bush didn’t serve in the military because ‘he never showed up’ when appearing on a morning news program.
He agreed with some of the controversial points raised in Michael Moore’s film ‘Fahrenheit 9/11.’
Critics say he was unstable and hyperactive as DNC chairman.
They also labeled him ‘Stonewall’ because he ‘refused to answer’ many questions.
He was replaced as DNC chairman by Howard Dean (February, 2005).

Why he might not be annoying:

He raised nearly $800 million for the Democratic Party (1980-2004).
He helped rejuvenate interest in the Democratic Party, which many said hit a low after the 2002 midterm elections.
Upon leaving his chairman post, he vowed to raise money for charitable organizations.
After graduating from Catholic University, he immediately began fundraising for Jimmy Carter’s presidential campaign.
He graduated Georgetown University with a law degree.
