    The name of this city and Chillicothe, Missouri were misspelled in a lyric of the song 'Hooray for Hollywood.'

    Its floodwalls have painted murals of dozens of historical and industrial subjects.
    It was named a UNSECO Creative City of Crafts and Folk Art.
    It is the halfway point between St. Louis, Missouri and Nashville, Tennessee.
    Humorist Irvin S. Cobb and Harry S Truman's Vice President Alben W. Barkley were born here.
