Many people simply know him for his work on 'Diff'rent Strokes' and 'Salute Your Shorts.'
Viewers started to lose interest in 'Diff'rent Strokes' upon his arrival to the series.
He was supposed to take the role of the 'cute kid' from aging stars Gary Coleman and Todd Bridges.

Why he might not be annoying:

He had a prolific career as an animated voice actor.
He was the lead vocalist for the rock bands Bad 4 Good and Road Kill.
He isn't troubled like the other child stars on 'Diff'rent Strokes.'
