Why he might be annoying:

He owns a barbershop, but doesn’t shave his own face. (Is he the only barber in a city where no man shaves himself?)
At his only Tribal Council, he used his Shot in the Dark so he wouldn’t have to vote, which would have revealed his alliances to the rest of the tribe.
His pet peeves include odd numbers!

Why he might not be annoying:

He slipped and fell off a huge rock on Day 2 and dislocated his shoulder.
Despite having to wear a sling due to his injury, he still competed in most challenges, even taking the sling off for some of the competitions.
He fought through the soreness for nine days before finally withdrawing from the game due to the extreme pain.
He also fractured some bones and tore some ligaments in that fall, but didn't know about those particular ailments until after he was out of the game.
Jeff didn’t consider his departure a 'quit,' given the circumstances surrounding it.
He had an immunity idol in his possession when he left the game.
