Football Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

His birth name of LaVonya Quintelle sounds feminine.
He was touted as the initial successor to the Cowboys starting quarterback position, following the departure of Troy Aikman, but failed to live up to the expectations.
He signed a letter of intent to play football at Georgia Tech, only to relent and play minor league baseball instead.
He further alienated Georgia Tech, by opting to resume his college football career at the University of Georgia instead.
He publicly complained about the CFL, after he failed to earn a roster spot with the Montreal Alouettes.
He told the Jets he was leaving the team to take care of his ill mother, when he was actually checking into a rehab facility.

Why he might not be annoying:

He earned the starting quarterback position at Georgia, despite the fact he didn't play football for two years prior.
He was the first quarterback drafted in the second round in the history of the Cowboys franchise to start an opening week game.
He was the fifth quarterback in the history of the Cowboys to pass for 3,000 yards in a single season.
He was able to briefly revive his career playing in the indoor football leagues.
He, along with his college career, were referenced in the Gucci Mane song 'Trap House.'
