    Appeared in the films ‘Escape from Alcatraz’ (1979), ‘Annie’ (1982), ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles’ (1987), ‘She’s Having a Baby’ (1988), ‘Home Alone’ (1990), ‘Pretty Woman’ (1990), ‘Billy Madison’ (1995) and ‘Vegas Vacation’ (1997)

Why he might be annoying:

    He started as a Lenny Bruce-style stand-up comedian: ‘I was too raw to be on TV because I cursed on stage and talked about God.’
    He lived in his car for a year. (‘It’s not romantic at all [but] it makes for good stories to tell.’)
    He says he has ‘an ADD-type of thing’ that makes memorizing lines difficult.
    He auditioned unsuccessfully for the role of Kramer in Seinfeld, but was later cast as Tom Pepper, the actor who plays Kramer in ‘Jerry,’ the show-within-the-show.
