Why he might be annoying:

His attempt to reform the Hart Foundation as the New Foundation (with Owen Hart) was unsuccessful.
He was fired from WWE after Bret Hart left the company due to major problems with Vince McMahon.
He would follow Bret Hart to every company he went to.
He formed a tag team with British Bulldog in WCW, but he was released after British Bulldog got injured.
After over twenty-five years of wrestling, he will be best known for winning the WWE Tag Team titles with Bret Hart in the late 80s.
He had a very long and tiring feud with Blue Meanie in the independent scene.
He wrestled as the masked wrestler Who?. He hailed from 'Who knows where?' and weighed 'Who knows what?' (1996).

He is brother-in-law with Bret Hart, British Bulldog, and Dynamite Kid.
He was part of the Hart Foundation, one of wrestling's most famous tag teams.
He was inducted to the Stampede Wrestling Hall of Fame in the mid 80s.
He knew when his time in the major corporations was up and didn't bother to return to any of them.
