    Last acting appearance was in the TV movie ‘The Return of Ironside’ (1993)

Why she might be annoying:

    After moving from Brooklyn to Memphis, she took speech classes to get rid of her dese/dem/dose accent.
    Six years later, she took another round of speech classes to get rid of her southern drawl.
    She seemed accident prone on the ‘Ironside’ set, commenting after getting a split lip during a fight scene, ’Every day, more and more of me is becoming plastic skin and scar tissue.’

Why she might not be annoying:

    She won the Miss Memphis pageant (1963).
    She won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama for her work in ‘Ironside’ (1968).
    After the death of her replacement, Elizabeth Baur, she became the last surviving cast member of ‘Ironside.’
