The Resume

    (2018- )
    Member of the XFL
    Located in Orlando, Florida
Formerly known as the New York Guardians (2018-22)
Play home games at Camping World Stadium
    No XFL championships

Why Orlando Guardians might be annoying:

They are the second XFL team to be based out of both the New York and Orlando markets.
Like their predecessor, the New York/New Jersey Hitmen, they struggled with attendance issues.
They hold the dubious distinction of being the first franchise in the history of the reborn XFL to be shut out in a game.
They lost their first game after relocating to Orlando.
They earned notoriety after it was revealed their quarterback Quentin Dormandy gave away some of the team’s playbook to an opposing team (March 4, 2023).

Why Orlando Guardians might not be annoying:

They won their first game as a franchise, while based in New York.
Their relocation to Orlando was brought on due to the popularity of the Orlando Rage during the league’s initial run.
Their reception in Orlando drew positive reaction from the city’s fans, something they didn’t have in New York.
Former New York Giants offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride served as the franchise’s first head coach.
They had a red, white and black color scheme in New York, before switching to black, grey and lime after the move to Orlando.
