The Resume

    (June 15, 1988- )
    Born in Bellingham, Washington
    Middle name is Cooper
Quarterback for the Tennessee Titans (2011–14)
Drafted by the Titans eighth overall in the 2011 NFL Draft
    Attended the University of Washington

Why he might be annoying:

He has been compared to Ryan Leaf minus the temper.
He was seen as a potential No. 1 draft pick for 2011, but after failing to complete better than 56 percent of his passes as a senior, he got stuck with the Titans.
He started only 23 games in the whole four seasons of his NFL career, and was never accurate or consistent enough to warrant a permanent starting job.
Injury prone and unable to garner any interest on the free-agent market, he retired in 2015.

Why he might not be annoying:

As a senior, he was named University of Washington's 3A Player of the Year in both football and baseball.
In his first three seasons, he led the Golden Eagles to a 37-4 record, including a 14-0 senior season where the team averaged 40 points per game.
He was never comfortable with the fame of being an NFL quarterback and retired with his dignity intact.
He purchased his grandparents' house in Washington, remodeled it, and opened a fitness center in the neighboring Ferndale.
He studied theology with Matt Hasselbeck and Lecrae, both of whom he credits with introducing him and his wife to Christian evangelicalism.
