Why he might be annoying:

He flunked out of Ohio State University.
He was kicked out of the US Army for drunkenness.
He was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct (1981).
He was arrested for masturbating in front of two boys (1986).
He was arrested for drugging a 13 year old Laotian boy, fondled him, and taking dirty pictures of him (1988). The idiot judge gave him probation, allowing him to kill a dozen more people.
He was a satanist.
The court stenographer, Vickie Hines, sued Milwaukee for $65,000 in workers compensation, claiming psychological disability for being the stenographer in his case.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was murdered by fellow prison inmate Christopher Scarver. Scarver smashed Dahmer's skull with an exercise bar (November 28, 1994).
His tools and refrigerator were to be auctioned to raise money for his victims.
A $407,225 pledge, from a Milwaukee group who wanted to destroy the stuff, was accepted.
