Why she might be annoying:

    She was said to be difficult to work with during 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.'
    She had a squabble with show star Will Smith, which eventually lead to her being fired.
    In interviews, she made claims that Will Smith had an enormous ego and that when she stood up against him, NBC quickly gave her the boot. However, no other cast members support that statement.
    NBC originally offered her a half contract for 'Fresh Prince's' fourth season, in which she'd appear in 13 episodes. However, she refused to accept because in the long run she would be making less money than her co-workers.
    The actress who replaced her, Daphne Maxwell Reid, looked and acted nothing like her.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She had good chemistry with the cast of 'Fresh Prince' and actually looked like she belonged there, unlike her replacement.
    Most fans prefer her over Daphne Maxwell Reid in the role of Vivian Banks.
    This is because her version of Vivian was an intelligent, headstrong, independent woman while the second one seemed to be too dependent on Phil and the kids.
    Will Smith, although having problems with her at the time of her exit, admitted she was an important part of the show and that her exit was painful to the show.
