The Resume

    (October 31, 1951- )
    Born in Detroit, Michigan
Principal owner and chairwoman for the Detroit Lions
Daughter of William Clay Ford and Martha Firestone Ford

Why she might be annoying:

Like her parents, she is comfortable watching the Lions be a laughingstock franchise.
She was instrumental in the team's decision to fire some of the front office when the team was showing signs of improvement.
She cares more about the bottom line than improving the on-field product.
Despite publicly stating she would run the team differently than her parents, she relented on her word and refused to do interviews during her first season as team owner as the team got progressively worse during the course of the season.
She was remembered for facepalming in the owner's box during the Lions blowout loss on the national Thanksgiving Day game (November 26, 2020).

Why she might not be annoying:

She kept the Lions a family run operation.
She served on the NFL's Super Bowl events and planning committee.
She was a member of the tennis team during her time at Yale.
She has been involved in managing the Lions since her mom took over ownership of the team following her dad's passing.
She angrily shot down rumors of her family selling the team to Jeff Bezos, after they made their way to the national media.
