The Resume

    Born in Atlanta, Georgia
    Jeffery Lamar Williams
Recorded 'Stoner,' 'Danny Glover,' 'Check,' 'Best Friend,' 'With Them,' 'Digits,' 'Memo,' 'Pick Up the Phone,' 'Wyclef Jean,' 'About the Money,' 'Lifestyle,' and 'Gang Up'
Released studio/mixtape albums 'I'm Up,' 'Bar 6,' 'I'm Up,' 'Slime: Seasons 1-3,' 'Black Portland,' 'Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1,'and 'Jeffrey'
Collaborates with Rich Homie Quan, Rick Ross, Birdman, Tyga, Waka Flocka Flame, T.I., Wale and Gucci Mane
Uploaded a later-deleted video of himself berating two black female Alaska Airlines employees, as well as offering them money to 'quit their jobs' (Dec. 7, 2016)

Why he might be annoying:

He's a trap rapper who wears skinny jeans.
He ripped off the Juicy J image from his Three 6 Mafia days (rotting teeth, exhuming smoke, looking like the Prince of Darkness, etc.)
He chose for his stage name a word many claim is 'the new N-word.'
He abandoned the 'thug' moniker in an attempt to be embraced by the mainstream, asking that he go by the regular stage name 'Jeffrey' (or 'No My Name is Jeffrey').
He posed in a Bow Peep hoopskirt getup for his 'Jeffrey' album cover.
Black Twitter went IN on the cover, creating memes likening the image to Celie from The Color Purple (although it more resembled Ricky Williams' 'wedding dress' ESPN cover shot with Mike Ditka).
He was suspected of being involved in a conspiracy with Birdman to murder Lil' Wayne by shooting up his tour bus.
He was arrested on charges of making terroristic threats against a security guard at a Georgia mall (Jul. 2015).
The arrest led to police obtaining a warrant to search his house, charging him with felony cocaine/marijuana possession and 3 counts of felony gun possession (Jul. 2015)
He was arrested for skipping a court date for a hearing about an 'excessive window tinting' violation (Dec. 2016).
He filmed himself harassing black women airline workers after missing a plane to his Seattle concert, burning them as 'bum ass hoes,' 'ants,' and 'peasants' for refusing his offer of $15,000 to 'quit your job.'
He later tried to clarify to outraged fans in a series of rambling Instagram videos that he wasn't indicting 'all black women,' just 'those two black, burnt ones' (you know, the ones he called 'nappy as a motherfucker' who 'looked like Africans that had been deported').

Why he might not be annoying:

He is the second youngest of eleven children.
He grew up in the Jonesboro South projects.
His debut project Brick Squad mixtape project, 1017 Thug, was named one of Complex's 50 Best Albums of 2013.
He was featured on Calvin Harris' song 'Heatstroke,' along with Ariana Grande and Pharrell Williams.
He featured in the Diplo song 'Bankroll,' which also features Justin Bieber and Rich the Kid.
He has been praised for pushing the envelope in redefining gender/sexuality as a black male Hip-Hop artist.
He revealed in an Instagram post that his mom made him return to the airport to apologize to the women he insulted.
His colleagues have called him a 'freestyle genius' who can develop lyrics on the spot (usually not even wording the lyrics on paper, rather using shapes/signs).
His three-year-old daughter became a controversial meme after a video was uploaded showing her cursing 'I'm muthafuckin tired' (with many making inappropriate comments about her skin tone and hair texture).
