She was arrested for DUI (1996) and cocaine possession (2001).
She was reportedly jealous of Sheen's relationship with his daughters.
She had a drug use relapse after giving birth (2009).

Why she might not be annoying:

Sheen called her 'the coolest girl I ever met.'
When her acting career did not pan out, she became a real estate agent.
The charges in both her arrests were eventually dismissed.
Sheen was arrested for threatening her with a knife (December 25, 2009) and pleaded guilty to assault.
