Why he might be annoying:

He looks like a bearded Drew Carey.
He might have the stupidest ring name in wrestling history.
His gimmick in the WWF was that of a former prison guard.
He wore a guard uniform to every match and brought along a nightstick and sunglasses.
He is 6'6 and 315 pounds and he didn't even care to make up for it by pulling off some impressive moves, hence most of his matches were boring.
He had two runs in the WWF (early and late 90s) and they were both unsuccessful.

Why he might not be annoying:

He did work as a prison guard before getting into wrestling.
He became a trainer for the WWF after he stopped wrestling.
He was the first person to defeat Mankind for the Hardcore title after it was awarded to him by Vince McMahon.
He was in a memorable Hell in a Cell match with the Undertaker.
