Why he might be annoying:

His original WWE personality was Justin 'Hawk' Bradshaw, a take-off of Stan Hansen, but he was no Stan Hansen.
His acts like a big, tough, Texan and nobody cares.
Jim Ross refers to all of his matches as 'slobber knockers.'
He and Barry Windham formed a tag team that was an update of The Blackjacks, called The New Blackjacks, which once again proved that 'new' gimmicks don't work.
His tag team with Ron Simmons, The Acolytes, later the Acolyte Protection Agency (APA), promotes drinking, smoking, and gambling.
His character is a corporate puppet and usually says the things that Vince McMahon wants to hear.
He was fired from CNBC after giving a mock Heil Hitler in the ring, in Germany (June 2004).

Why he might not be annoying:

He has one of the best clothesline moves in wrestling.
Although the APA gimmick sets bad examples, they were a huge hit with the fans and very popular.
The APA's vignettes were a big hit, especially the spoof they did on Vince and Jules from 'Pulp Fiction.'
He's knowledgeable in finance and economics and is a regular guest on CNBC.
He often visits U.S. troops to show his support.
He's a proud Texan.
