The Resume

    (February 26, 1964- )
    Born in Monterey County, California
Former staff assistant in Joe Biden's Senate office (December 1992 to August 1993)
Claimed to have been sexually assaulted and subsequently fired by Biden in 1993
Author of 'Left Out: When The Truth Doesn't Fit In'
    Interviewed by Megyn Kelly

Why she might be annoying:

She was shown to have praised Joe Biden on several issues in tweets.
She was accused of changing details of her story on multiple occasions.
She dodged the question when Megyn Kelly asked her if she would take a polygraph test to verify her claims, saying Biden should be the one to take it.
Her opinion of Vladimir Putin? 'President Putin has an alluring combination of strength with gentleness. His sensuous image projects his love for life, the embodiment of grace while facing adversity ... Like most women across the world, I like President Putin… a lot, his shirt on or shirt off.'
She was initially confused with Tara Reid (so initially people were thinking the lady from TRL was accusing Biden of sexual assault).
The story of her sexual assault allegation dropped in March 2020, the same month as the United States entered the global Coronavirus pandemic - all but ensuring the story would be relegated to page six (great timing).

Why she might not be annoying:

    She resembles Lana Wood.
She was a domestic violence survivor who ended up changing her name to Moulton for protection.
She has done volunteer animal rescue work.
She has done advocacy work for domestic violence victims and special-needs children.
She was criticized for waiting too long to come forward but had actually come out with the story a year prior after Lucy Flores publicly complained of his groping her (she was ignored).
Her sit-down interview with Megyn Kelly received 1.2 million views on YouTube.
An episode of Larry King Live that had her mother call in to complain about her daughter having problems with a Senator's office was pulled from the CNN archives after it was made public.
Many found it to be hypocritical that her allegations weren't taken more seriously by the Left.
She said she didn't personally blame anyone for voting Biden despite her accusation.
