    He was unheard of before his only Super Bowl appearance.
    Injuries on his MCL and ACL caused him to miss out playing in the 2009 season.
    He signed with the Seahawks and never played a regular season game for them.
    He played in his final NFL playoff appearance as the Giants lost to the Philadelphia Eagles, 23-11 in the 2008 NFC Divisional Round.
    The Raiders let him go after appearing in four games.

    He won All-State honors, U.S. Army All-American honors and was one of the nation's Top 50 defensive players by the G&W Report while in high school.
    He holds a bachelor's degree in Integrative Arts.
    He took over as the Giants' long snapper after Ryan Kuehl had season-ending Achilles' tendon injury.
    In the last minute of Super Bowl XLII, he sacked Tom Brady to help the Giants secure their third Super Bowl title in his first year with the team.
    His Super Bowl moment made him earned his hometown's Key to the City (February 29, 2008).
    He was a member of UFL Championship winning Virginia Destroyer team in his only season with them.
