    Played for the Milwaukee Brewers (2001-2003), Detroit Tigers (2003-2004), Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2005) and San Francisco Giants (2005)
    First player suspended for violating baseball's drug policy (April 3, 2005)

Why he might be annoying:

    He will forever be known as the first baseball player ever suspended for steroids.
    Since he is not a big name player, getting caught for steroid use was a joke.
    He only hit four home runs when he was caught using steroids. Jay Leno said 'he should get his money back' for the steroids.
    He was suspended ten days without pay. He lost $32,787.
    His steroids were over the counter.
    He did not even check to make sure the drug was legal.
    He was traded from the Brewers because of his poor defensive skills.
    The Tigers released him due to his poor defensive performance.
    In 1994, he immigrated to the United States from Cuba on a raft.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was detained on Guantanamo Bay for sixteen months.
    He became a United States citizen (2004).
    He has good speed.
