Why he might be annoying:

Although he made the effort by trying to gain money for his team by driving a pedicab, he earned nothing.
He was project manager (team leader) during the art competition and sent Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth and Heidi Bressler to work together, which exploded in arguments.
He got soundly beaten in the artist's task, his team sold $869, while the opposition sold $13,000.
Although he was project manager (team leader) of the Planet Hollywood task, he let Bill Rancic run it.
Bordering on fraud and certainly an ethical issue, he sat in front of Planet Hollywood posing as a celebrity selling merchandise he offered to autograph.
After his failure as project manager (team leader) at Planet Hollywood, Donald Trump decided to reshuffle the teams, making it no longer women versus men.
It was his suggestion to use the South Street Seaport for the lemonade sales task. It turned out to be a horrible location.

Why he might not be annoying:

He said: 'I think street-smarts are more important than book-smarts but luckily I have both.'
He graduated University of North Carolina and earned his Masters at Harvard.
He defines success as happiness and '... doing more good than evil.'
He suffer the loss of his mother, who died of cancer when he was fifteen. She was just 41.
As a youth he collected comic books.
In an attempt to make more income for his team, he drove one of the pedicabs in the pedicab task.
Despite Nick Warnock having a restaurant background, he was chosen project leader for the Planet Hollywood task.
He negotiated getting free supplies for a task which saved his team money.
