Why he might be annoying:

He dresses and looks like a gothic woman (it's very hard to tell he's a man at all).
He claims he likes girly girls, even though he says he hasn't really been attracted to girls in the past.
He doesn't speak in public, using another band member to speak for him.
He designs Elegant Gothic Lolita clothes for men and woman.
He uses French phrases in song titles but can't speak French.
He os always seen in public wearing make-up!
After Malice Mizer disbanded, he formed Moi dix Mois ('Me Ten Months' in French). The lead singer of Moi dix Mois sounds like the lead singer of Malice Mizer.

Why he might not be annoying:

He co-founded one of the most influential Japanese rock groups, Malice Mizer.
He dresses the way he wants to, no matter what others think.
He designs all of his EGL clothes.
He owns his own record company.
He wears a chanchanko at home (a kimono with coarser material).
He applies his own make-up everyday (it takes about 2 hours).
He's good at painting.
