Why he might be annoying:

    He hosted Miss U.S.A. (2002).
While playing for the New York Yankees, he put no effort in to running home, and was easily tagged out by catcher Carlton Fisk. Fisk (even though his opponent) screamed at him, that if he is not going to put in the effort he should not be in baseball.
He goes by the nicknames 'Prime Time' and 'Neon Deion.'
He is divorced and during the divorce process, he tried to commit suicide by driving off a cliff.
    He is flamboyant.
He showed up for his final college game against Florida in a limo, wearing a tuxedo.
He has done commercials for Visa and Nike.
He once starred in a Sega Genesis video game where the player could decide which football team he would play for.
    He is a born-again Christian.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is the only man to score touchdowns on an interception, reception, rush, punt return, kickoff return and fumble.
He is the only man to play in a Super Bowl and World Series.
At one point, it seemed like whichever football team had him would win the Super Bowl.
He tried to become the first man to play a football and baseball game on the same day (October 11, 1992), but Braves manager Bobby Cox didn't play him that night.
Broadcaster Tim McCarver criticized him, and after the game he responded by dumping ice water on McCarver.
He always wants to be the absolute best at whatever he does.
    He is left handed.
