Actor

The Resume

    (November 24, 1950- )
    Born in Los Angeles, California
Portrayed Chip Douglas in My Three Sons
Had a recurring role as a neighborhood kid in The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet (1955-60)
Appeared in the films 'Rally 'Round the Flag, Boys' (1958), 'Please Don't Eat the Daisies' (1960), 'How the West Was Won' (1962), 'Private Parts' (1972), and 'Attack of the 60-Foot Centerfold' (1995)

Why he might be annoying:

William Frawley (Uncle Bub in 'My Three Sons') would encourage him and his brother Barry to go to the nearby set where 'The Lucy Show' taped and disrupt Vivian Vance's scenes. (Vance, having guessed who was behind the prank, would yell out 'Bill!' as the kids ran off.)
At age 18, he married a go-go dancer, much to the disapproval of 'My Three Sons' star Fred MacMurray. (They divorced six years later.)
He noted about life after 'My Three Sons,' 'There is the rude awakening as an actor that you get as you suddenly realize that you went from being a star on TV for twelve years to just another guy in a room somewhere vying to get another part.'
He sells autographed photos for $25 each through his website.

Why he might not be annoying:

Between 'Ozzie and Harriet' and 'My Three Sons,' he had roles in the two longest-running live action TV sitcoms.
His real-life brother Barry played his adoptive brother on 'My Three Sons.'
He and Fred MacMurray were the only two cast members to be in 'My Three Sons' for the entire run of the series.
He transferred to a behind the scenes career as a producer and editor.
