Cornerbacks coach for the UCLA football team (2009)
Defensive backs coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers (2011-17)

Why he might be annoying:

He looks like a Steve Harvey clone.
His small stature was considerred a deterrant from teams drafting him in the first round.
Despite being considered a Steelers great, he spent his final season with the arch-rival Ravens.
His hiring as the Steelers defensive back coach was initially seen as a vanity hire, due to his status as a 1990's team icon.
He claimed to have resigned from his coaching position with the Steelers, but it was speculated that he was actually fired.

Why he might not be annoying:

He converted from a linebacker to a safety, in order to have a career in the NFL.
He played under four Super Bowl winning coaches during his career.
He was converted to a cornerback by Bill Cowher during the 1995 season, following an injury to Rod Woodson.
His performance during the 1997 season, earned him a vote for the NFL MVP Award.
Following his vote which caused the NFL MVP to be awarded to both Brett Favre and Barry Sanders, he advocated for the league to consider giving defensive players recognition for the award.
