The Resume

    (September 1, 1961- )
    Founding Member of KMFDM
Vocalist and Songwriter for KMFDM (1984-)
Lead Vocalist of Pig (1988- )
Recorded the albums 'A Poke in the Eye...With a Sharp Stick (1988),' 'A Stroll in the Pork (1992),' 'Sinsation (1995),' 'Praise the Lard (1997),' 'Wrecked (1997),' 'The Swining/Red Raw and Sore (1999)' and 'Genuine American Monster (2002)'

Why he might be annoying:

His lyrics are often dirty and offend many people.
He is popular in Japan and the U.K., but is not so popular in the U.S.
Most of his albums are out of print, rare, and can cost a fortune.
His first album on CD format, 'A Poke in the Eye...With a Sharp Stick (1988),' can cost from $60-$150. Interestingly, the LP version is only worth $5-$10.
Despite a petition signed by thousands of fans, he refuses to release his earlier work, thus forcing fans to pay outrageous prices for his albums.
Many fans disliked Praise the Lard, because it was more jazz-oriented than industrial.
After 'Genuine American Monster (2002),' Pig disbanded. He formed a new band, Watts, which leaned more towards plain metal than industrial. This disappointed some fans.
He is obsessed with tequila and wine, and might possibly be an alcoholic.

Why he might not be annoying:

If you give him a bottle of tequila or wine, he'll probably let you backstage or autograph your CDs.
He is a founding member of KMFDM.
He has released over 15 albums/singles on CD and LP format.
He has been involved with or made guest appearances with over 15 other bands, including 2-Kut, Foetus, Hoodlum Priest, Schwein, etc.
He has done covers of songs by Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Gary Numan, Ministry, Nine Inch Nails and Smashing Pumpkins.
His lyrics are intelligent and well written, and are often about important issues like religion, politics, government, etc.
Aside from singing and writing the lyrics, he does the programming and plays most of the instruments for Pig and Watts.
He has a very distinct, sinister singing voice.
Pig has experimented with many kinds of music, including pop, jazz, orchestra, rock, metal, and tango. Several kinds of music styles are often combined to create a very diverse listen.
'A Poke in the Eye...With a Sharp Stick (1988)' appeals a large audience, and includes pop, jazz, rock, and metal songs on it.
