Why they might be annoying:

    On their official website, they referred to themselves as ‘Canada’s oldest and coolest rock band.’
    Despite having one charted single in ‘Raise a Little Hell,’ they never really broke through in the U.S.A.
    They had an ‘untitled’ album (in 1980) — the first not to use their established band logo.
    When Smith and McGuire announced retirement in 2021, none of their original or early members were left (not unlike <33822>them;

Why they might not be annoying:

    ‘Hot Shots’ and ‘Flying Colors,’ both released in 1979, received Juno nominations for Album of the Year.
    In fact, ‘Hot Shots’ – a cleverly-worded ‘greatest hits’ collection – achieved multiple platinum status (with the Internet not being sure of the exact multiple).
    For their exact 35th anniversary, ‘Hits from 10 Albums’ would feature their legit ‘greatest hits,’ which weren’t on ‘Hot Shots.’
    They donated the massive 32-foot sign that bore their band logo to the Canadian Museum of Civilization.
