Assassinated Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi (January 30, 1948)
Convicted of the assassination and was hanged (November 5, 1948)

Why he might be annoying:

He opposed Gandhi's notion of religious tolerance in India.
He fired 2 to 3 bullets into Gandhi while he was entering a religious service (January 30, 1948).
Gandhi cried a faint 'Oh God,' before collapsing dead seconds later.
Even in his last moments, he showed no remorse for his crime.
He heartlessly murdered a helpless, peaceful spiritual leader.
He is hero for many crazy Hindu extremists.

He bowed to Gandhi right before he shot him (odd).
As a boy, he rescued a child who had fallen into a well.
His story inspired a short lived play called 'I Am Nathuram Godse Speaking.'
He is dead.
