    Birth name was Andre Rene Roussimoff
    Acted in 'The Princess Bride'
    Seven feet four and five hundred twenty-five pounds
    Won WWF Heavyweight Championship and Tag-Team Championship.
    Member of WWF Hall of Fame.

Why he might be annoying:

    He drank two cases of beer every day for a period of his life.
    He once drank 117 bottles of beer in one sitting.
    He left home at fourteen to be a furniture mover.
    He had 50% more teeth than most people.
    He continued wrestling way past his prime.
    His strong French accent and garbled words made him hard to understand.
    He called himself the eighth wonder of the world.
    If he was a midget he would have been Tattoo on 'Fantasy Island.'
    He went by a presumptuous first name only.
    He was drafted into the French army but was rejected because they did not have footwear in his size.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was known for winning just about every Battle Royal he appeared in.
    His match with Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania III was the main event of the biggest card of all time.
    Andre elected to put Hogan over.
    He was well liked by everyone he worked with.
    Everyone said he made them more money.
    The Washington Redskins tried to recruit him.
    He was a 'gentle giant' and his feelings were easily hurt.
    Towards the end of his life he said: 'I have had good fortune. I am grateful for my life. If I were to die tomorrow, I know I have eaten more good food, drunk more beer and fine wine, had more friends and seen more of the world than most men ever will. I have had everything in life but a family and I hope to have that one day.'
    He died of a heart attack at forty-six, while attending his father's funeral.
    He never had a family of his own.
    When he died his ashes was spread over his ranch.
    He had Giantism.
    He twice won Pro Wrestling Illustrated Achievement Awards for Match of the Year (1981, 88)
    He twice won Pro Wrestling Illustrated Most Popular Wrestler (1977, 82).
    At 22 he was diagnosed with gigantism and was told he would not live passed 40.
