Contestant on TV game show The Moment of Truth
Confessed on air to lack of commitment to her spouse and extramarital sexual relations (February 25, 2008)

Why she might be annoying:

She and her husband Frank eloped after an eight month relationship and were married by a justice of the peace.
She and her husband acknowledged their marital issues which included her infidelity before the show's taping, but Frank did not think that the adultery details would be revealed on air.
Her marital issues and adultery were not revealed to family and friends before her appearance on the show.
She stated that she didn't think her infidelity would become a serious issue on the show due to what she considered a high rate of cheating in marriages.
During the show's taping, a polygraph revealed truthful answers of yes regarding an ex- boyfriends questioning if she would leave her husband for him and if she should be married to him instead of her husband.
The polygraph detected a correct answer of yes regarding the show host's $100,000 question regarding infidelity since her marriage.
The polygraph detected an incorrect answer of yes to a second $100,000 question asking if she thought she was a good person, resulting in a loss of $200,000 and her disqualification.
She defended her belief that she was a good person due to some people committing acts more harmful than hers.
Her incident publicly disclosed her personal marriage issues to countless people and humiliated her husband, who appeared with her on the show and later wanted a divorce.
She admitted that the chance for money was the main reason for becoming a contestant, and she was accused by some of prioritizing money over her husband along with possibly using the show to induce a divorce.
She suggested that she would have used some of the money she might have won on breast implants.
Some considered Fox's airing of the game show to be exploitave, and a Colombian version of the show was taken off the air after a contestant correctly answered yes to a question regarding paying a hit man to kill her husband.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her husband described the couple as 'young, dumb, and in love' on their wedding day.
She denied becoming a Moment of Truth contestant as an outlet for a future divorce.
She and her husband stated that her ex- boyfriend's appearance on the show was a surprise to them.
She planned to share any prize money won on the show with her husband.
She indicated that any money that she might have won would not have resolved her marriage issues.
She stated that she didn't regret becoming a contestant on the show because it and its outcome was a learning experience for her.
She stated that she deeply regretted the pain and embarrassment that her appearance on the show caused her and her loved ones.
She stated her desire to save her marriage, and the couple continued wearing their wedding rings after her incident.
Her incident raised questions regarding studies concerning the accuracy of polygraph testing, considering Cleri's insistence that the answer to her final show question was actually truthful.
Viewer numbers for the show's episode featuring her were the lowest for the series to date.
