Why she might be annoying:

She was married to one of the worst presidents in history.
She became pregnant at 19 and eloped with the child's father, Pete DeWolfe.
Her father opposed her marriage to Harding.
She said: 'I have only one real hobby--my husband.'
She had a lot of influence on President Harding, and thus deserves some blame for his administration's scandals.
She served alcohol during Prohibition (nice to see the government following its own laws, huh?).
She never invited her grandchildren to the White House.
It is alleged that she had her husband murdered.
She burned Harding's papers after he died.

Why she might not be annoying:

She ran the circulation for Harding's paper, The Daily Star.
She had kidney problems.
Her husband cheated on her.
Her son died in 1914 of alcoholism.
