Why he might be annoying:

Dressed as Tigger he was accused of fondling a thirteen year old girl's breast.
Dressed as Goofy, he was accused of pushing two photographers (August 29, 2004).
He looks like Steve Bushemi.
He is living with his sister.
He is over 35 years old and still wears a costume to work.

Why he might not be annoying:

It was argued that Disney mascots normally pose with their arm under the guest's armpit and around to the midsection. He is wearing an oversized paw glove that he admits may have inadvertently contacted her breast.
He was acquitted of fondling the girl (August 4, 2004).
He claims that pushing the photographers was playing the part of Goofy.
He believes that because he was acquitted of the fondling accusation, that Disney wants to get rid of him and set him up in the shoving incident.
His attorney, Jeffrey Kaufman, said: 'Of course he was goofing around because he was Goofy!'
